Favorite Project
Our favorite project this week is a Python-based web app running on the Omega that acts as a remote control for the Relay Expansion and controls the RGB LED on the Expansion Dock, made by Zed Beatty. The Relay Expansion is wired up to control a DC motor that acts as a fan, real cool!
Zed used Python and the Bottle web framework to create the program that hosts the web app and controls the Omega’s GPIOs and Relay Expansion. The app can be used from a desktop browser or a mobile browser on a smartphone or tablet!
